I think it’s very, very important to have a balance, balance between family, work, lifestyle, hobbies, keep healthy, exercise or sleep well. I know that people can get very busy with an investigation and especially if you are a starting investigator, you have all kinds of other responsibilities.
I don’t think there is an easy solution, but I found people are successful at it that have very structured daily activities and maybe you might want to stretch the day a little bit longer and then assign specific tasks to a specific time, because I know a lot of people in this field they really work a lot.
A 12-hour day is not unusual, and trying to keep balanced as much as possible. I think it is very important to keep a regular lifestyle, and sometimes people forget about themselves. So exercise and dieting and I think those are important things, because when people don’t exercise, then you feel more tired.
