Most of the faculty members have some working relationship eventually with some of the CDI members. I really enjoy talking with them informally. We have sort of one-to-one sessions that are part of this Institute. And I think those are really productive because you don't have to worry about sort of, I think participants can feel really comfortable just asking whatever. And they get to direct some of the direction of it.

Certainly afterwards there's email contact or phone contact. There're some follow up meetings, usually at other big meetings that people might be participating in like, for instance, the upcoming bipolar conference here in Pittsburgh. That happens every two years.

Oftentimes there's like a CDI alumni or refresher kind of meeting, as well, that I've talked with and participated in. So really all those methods are a nice way.

And I think the website provides some continuity, too, and some ongoing ways of connection and also reconnecting back with the things that have happened and also for opportunities for the future. So it's kind of a nice multifaceted approach.
